At Research Alloys, the safety of our team members, visitors, and partners has always been one of our highest priorities. As part of our ongoing commitment to creating the safest possible workplace, we've recently updated our safety policy to require everyone entering our Blue Building to wear a hard hat.

In our never-ending quest to create a safer work environment for our team as well as all of our guests here at Research Alloys, we recently installed a series of AED devices throughout our facility, and the entire staff underwent training on their correct use.

Scrap metal recyclers have long known about the dangers posed by batteries– from worker injury to damaged equipment to accidental fires in warehouses and scrap yards. At Research Alloys, we’re ramping up efforts to reduce these risks to keep our customers and employees safe.
