Research Alloys remains committed to the community and recycles for a cause.
Recycling is good for the planet, of course, but it also does a lot of good in our local communities. For years, Research Alloys has partnered with Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio, picking up their collected aluminum pop tabs for recycling and matching contributions. And that commitment adds up-- in the last 12 months alone, we've recycled nearly 20,000 pounds of donated aluminum pop tabs!
Ronald McDonald House provides essential services that remove barriers, strengthen families and promote healing when children need healthcare. They served over 4,800 families last year, and provide support to those whose children are facing challenging medical situations. You can help the cause by donating your own pop tabs. You can drop pop tabs directly at the Ronald McDonald House offices at 711 E. Livingston Ave., or swing by Research Alloys to donate. And that's not all-- you can recycle any scrap aluminum with us to support Ronald McDonald House! Just let our staff know that you are contributing to the cause, and we will write a check for your proceeds directly to the charity.
